We are the owners of a property that is being used in a rental scam.
Over the past year we have been visited by 10+ individuals who were seeking to rent our home after having seen a rental posting online from a person named Bryan Smith who falsely claimed to be the landlord of our home. All of these potential renters received a fake contract and many of them have sent him money.
This scam has gone on for at least a year and possibly more.
