I purchased a console upgrade service Dec 19th 2017. I received a receipt/invoice for this purchase, but did not hear anything else. I contacted the site in May and July of 2018 requesting a refund and did not hear back. I contacted the site and the website registrant of record on July 26th 2018 with a final request for refund and received no reply.
