I received an email outlining a freelance photography opportunity. The scammer would not tell me where he found my information, but quickly requested my personal information (for billing) before discussing the parameters of the project. I’ve called the company that he claims to work with "World Gallery" in London and they’ve confirmed that they received multiple calls regarding this scam and they have no affiliation with a Brian Wilmer.
