On August 13, 2020 I placed and order and canceled the order less than 3 hours later. They still sent the product and told me that they would charge me $20 to restock and I told they I wouldn’t pay that but I would send their products back. I send them back with a tracking number so I could verify they got them back and called when I saw they had received them. I was told at that time they wouldn’t return the money to my credit card but would send an e check? When I asked what an e check was and reiterated that I wanted the money back on my credit card they said they couldn’t do that but I would receive the e check in 7-14 days…that was 6 weeks ago. On September 11 I filed a dispute with my credit card company and these scammers told my credit card that I didn’t return the product so they wouldn’t return my $149.91. Now they will not speak to me and scream at me and hang up whenever I attempt to contact them. My credit card company is requesting further information from me so that Visa has the most information possible to get my money back. I’m beyond irritated and so angry it’s unbelievable! BEWARE! NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I’ve spent 2 months dealing with them and still have no received any refund or communication from these people! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!
