I had purchased clothing from Betterfit on April 23 and have yet to receive shipping confirmation of my order, let alone receive my product. When I went to go contact customer service email address I had received a response that said that the address domain could not be found. Granted I had only lost $15 but I am still disappointed that I had lost money and the product I had purchased.
