I ordered ebikes from a site and Paypal.com was part of the organized network network for payment and helping the scammers. After 3 months they delivered sunglass to my mail box. I made a dispute, PayPal kept the dispute unending review and finally just closed it. The said the seller sent me the items and the tracking number with the full information. They failed to describe the items in the packages, the size and the weight. PayPal has a policy of making full refund if there is a substantial difference between what was delivered compared to what was ordered. It was surprising that PayPal handed the scammers the money before the buyer confirmed the order receipt and what the problems were. So is there no way to get China mail, PayPal to be more responsive!
I received what was supposedly a pair of Rayban sunglasses. They seemed a bit flimsy. I do not remember ordering them nor can I find CHENZHONGFANG listed as a charge on any of my credit cards. I need to dig deeper with my CC representatives.

I have the same thing happen to me. I was wondering if you found a charge on your credit card. I have searched as well and can’t find any charges. The company has offered me a 25% refund. So obviously they got a payment from somewhere.

I just received my cheap sunglasses today. I bought 5 pairs of skechers also. The sunglasses dont cover the 100$ that I spent. Ugghhh.🤬🤬🤬

I was Google search for twins beds so the website came up as parts of the search, the beds on www.firstmysight.com have the prices that I can afford it so I went on it. I never thought that it was a scam website. It was too good to be true, but I did purchased two twins daybeds for $147.94 and what they sent to me was some white face masks which I DID NOT order. It is so damn sad for people to do that to others. I do really need those beds for my kids. I should have known because the website was just up for a month. Hopefully karma caught up whoever is doing this.

A few days ago I received by USPS five face masks KN95 from China. I didn’t order them. The USPS tracking number is ************* or ************* (sorry, it was not clear).
You probably ordered something else of higher value, and this is what they sent you in its place. This happened to us earlier this month. We ordered a Dewalt Track Saw from a website called Keviow.com. I emailed them after 6 weeks to tell them we had not received the saw. They showed a tracking delivery made 2 days before. The only thing we received on that day was a small package with some cheap, white face masks in them. Check to see what else you have ordered and have not received. You might have been scammed. The mailing address on the package of face masks was the same as listed above on this page of complaints. Good luck.
