Type of a scam Online Purchase

I came across the Classic Corgis Home website while doing an online search for Corgi puppies for sale. My kids and I found the perfect Corgi and filled out the online form to inquire about information to purchase. The email response was very pushy as to how soon I wanted the puppy shipped. When I inquired about picking up the puppy personally, the seller replied that in-person pick ups were not being allowed and that I just needed to send my money and an additional $30 for special home delivery. This got me suspicious and upon doing an image search of the puppy photos the seller sent, my daughter was able to find all of the photos from Instagram.
