Ordered a printer and was given tracking numbers that were invalid.
After weeks of insisting on a refund they said thatthey cannot find my order number even though the order number is clearly in the title for the email. I have provided my information on several occasions but it’s been months now and still have not received neither the printer I ordered or my refund.
