Purchased Comfort Dental Gold Plan in January 2019. This service is covered for one full year. I was automatically renewed for this plan by the company without my permission on February 2020. My last name was also misspelled. Comfort Dental and Gold Plan, which I am now being told are two entities, are denying the renewal. I had been trying to get this credit back since April 2020. I decided to file a dispute in August 2020 with the credit company. I was informed by Wells Fargo today that I need something in writing showing I had been trying to get my money back in the last 120 days, almost a month after I made a complaint about this issue to my credit card company.
