Received a text message saying that they noticed unusual activity on my CHASE debit-card and to please call (800)373-9630 for verification.
I do not have a CHASE debit card. My husband has a credit card with them, and this is not a telephone number associated with it. I’ve been checking his balance the last couple of days which continues to be $0 as it should.

I recieved a text message saying that my chase account is limited. It then has a link with with (my phone number).limitedacc3.site?limited(my phone number). If you click on the link, it takes you to http://chase.revisionaccount.club/Login/(your phone number)
This page looks similar to the real chase bank login page. It has a field for your username and password. DO NOT put in your information!

got a text yesterday supposedly from CHASE that said: Your Chase Account is limited. Please Follow http://my 10 digit cell number.acclimited.best below that message was a circular arrow that said tap to preview I did not do that
I did not click on any link or tap on the message, so there was no money or info exchanged. My CHASE accounts look secure
I’m reluctant to add an image of the text I received as it reveals my phone number and the fact that I bank at CHASE.
If I receive a secure or encrypted email from this ScamPulse.com site, then I’ll upload the screenshot of the text
If I did follow the link provided, my guess is they’d try to take money from me or my accounts

Seemed very authentic. I’m a tech savvy 30 year old that is overly cautious with potential fraudulent emails and I was tricked. I called the phone number on the email they sent me to refinance my house. They had a good amount of information on my house which put me at ease, but foolishly I fell for it and gave them personal information.

The first text you and tell you that they are Chase Bank. They notify you that your debit card from Chase has been a locked. They tell you to call a number but after you call the system will only allow you to put in your debit card number, that’s all. Many people get this text do not even have a Chase account. I called Chase and the phone number that they gave me is not in the database. This is a fraudulent number and a fraudulent business.

Received a call on Jan 9, 2017 at 1:37pm from (480) 982-4530 area code from Arizona. Answered call and someone with a foreign accent said he was from Chase Credit Card Customer Service. I immediately asked for a number to call them back on. He DID give me what appears to be a legitimate number for Chase 1-800-945-2000. I also asked for an extension and he gave me one. I hung up, dialed the number he gave me that went to a recorded message/menu selection that appeared to be from Chase. Went through the typical press here for this department. When I finally spoke to a person, explained the situation and told her the extension number that I was given. She said no one from Chase had called me. She told me that they were getting a lot of these calls from people that were being contacted by imposters posing as Chase Customer Service. She said there was no extension like that there and stated once again that no one from Chase had called me. I figured this was the case because I do NOT have a Chase account. I hung up and redialed the imposter at (480) 982-4530 and get a recording saying your call can’t be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again. Announcement 4404 Location 168886.

They called me with no caller ID and left a message with a number saying that something was up with a transaction from my account. I called Chase. It is a scam. People online saying that it is a legitimate chase number must be in on it or gave their personal and bank information that will allow that scammers to steal from them. Only contact chase through the customer service numbers on your card or statement.

I received a cell phone call from an unknown number. The recorded message said it was Chase and that my Chase debit card has been locked and then went on to tell me to press "1" to be connected to a representative (I don’t have a Chase debit card!). Of course, I did not press anything and just hung up. I am on the do not call registry but don’t know how to report it because you have to give the caller’s number. I feel I needed to report it to someone.

Received a phone call at 10:00 am from someone saying they could lower my credit card rate to 6.9%. I asked him "which one, I have three". He was asking for the complete card number before even identifying which bank he was with. I kept asking him who he represented, which bank he was working for, and he finally said Chase after I repeatedly asked him for the information. He kept asking for my complete credit card number, and I finally said Don’t you have it right there, on your computer? He kept asking for the number, and I finally had to hang up because I had an appointment to keep. The phone number used was 419-365-3047.
