I have been using their service for past 3 years. I initially got in touch with them when I needed help in setting up my wireless printer. I still remember the technician who helped me, he was patient with me and very knowledgeable. Since then it has been 3 years now and they have always been there for me for all my IT needs. Kudos to the team.
They fixed my printer. They found malicious programs in my computer and got rid of them. Now my printer and my laptop both are working great.
When ever I called with a problem as a 70 year old man, I was always treated with respect, my problem was listened to and always solved. And that is something I always very much appreciated. Also during this pandemic where most places are currently closed or hard to reach they are still available at the end of the phone line with no problems.
Total money lost $700. A flash on my screen told me to call a number on the screen, or my computer would crash and never recover. I fell in the trap. They took over my laptop and worked on it and supposedly installed a firewall, which, by the way, I already had! They charged me $700 Tuesday, then charged me another $700 today. The bank said they would refund the second charge, but not the first.I am a widow, living on Social Security! I do not have $700 to waste, when I already have Norton and MacAfee.
A screen popped up on my laptop telling me my computer was at risk and would no longer function if I did not call the number listed. I was very upset and fell for these creeps story. I called the number and they ended up taking $700 from me. I called my bank and tried to cancel, but it was too late. I am a widow, living on social security. I checked my bank statement today, and they had charged another $700. I changed all my card numbers and debit numbers yesterday. my card was closed, but they managed to charge again today! The bank will refund the second charge, but not the first!They are investigating CUVESK!

Computer screen went blank and a phone number appeared to get it fixed. For lifetime service we had to pay 399.99 USD. Later they inquired how things are and confessed that they made a mistake and wanted to pay back the fee. Could not send back to *** so they want to send it directly into bank account. Unfortunately we opened that account very short because we became suspicious. Not sure it was short enough for them using it. Money did not come back. Bank advised to start a new account.
It’s been quite some time I have used their service. But I know in past whenever I needed them they were there for me. I believe in them. Cuvesk is a genuine company and has never disappointed me. But I can also say that I have received calls in past where these impersonate themselves as employees of Cuvesk and try to take money from you but Cuvesk is good with awaring their customers about these fake calls.
