I have order# and tracking# but now after several months they won’t refund my money. They swear that it had been sent twice and even suggested I question my neighbors. Someone should be able to arrest them. They change their name when it starts getting too much for them to handle!

Ok well looking at all this I really regret my decision, but for all of you who have lost out I have spoke to my bank and I am in Canada, my bank has a fruad department and said if I do not receive anything by them that they will go and look into the business so for any of you who have not received anything call your banks and see if they have a fraud department and if so get them to look into and see what they can do to help, I know my bank is pretty good so yeah, I hate this online stuff and truth I think that this company is just like wish and wish rings and jewelry where fake and turned my finger green so I was not impressed by wish and now I am certain I will not be impressed by this company and all I want is good quality rings that don’t turn my fingers green… I feel for ya all and I feel so stupid for falling back into this trap…

I ordered a ring on 7-1-2020, I have sent an email the 2nd week of August asking where it is, response was wait until 8-20-20 and if I have not received it they would refund money. I sent email 8-21-20 and there response was it is running late due to covid and I should wait another couple of weeks. WHAT A JOKE, hopefully you will read this before you order and do not order from this company.

Seems like everyone else here, I ordered march 2020. I have numerous emails blaming the covid19, told me to wait a further 6weeks, then they said they would resend, which they said another 6 weeks, or they’d refund.. email them again and they claim it shows still in transit. Please be patient, covid19 has caused further mail delays..meanwhile I ordered off Wish, 3 weeks later I get my parcel from China. I’ve noticed several name changes of their Facebook page , they are now calling themselves, ” super cool now ” . .
And to those people behind this fake scam.. kiss my [censored]!

I placed my first order with Clever Clad on December 12, 2019 and a second order in May! I haven’t received either order! I have contacted them on several occasions and their response was they were sorry and would send the items I ordered again! It is now July 18, 2020 and I haven’t received any of the items I’ve ordered! I have emailed them again, but obviously at this point it must be a scam! I hate it that there are these kind of people out there like this!

I ordered a ring (free just pay shipping) it’s been 2 months (ordered 2/13) and still no ring! At the 6 week mark I recieved an email stating the ring had been shipped and was on the way but no tracking number. At this point I emailed them requesting an update and/ or a tracking number. I am now 2 days past the 2 month mark and have not recieved a ring or response! It seems to me if Facebook can delete users post for being inappropriate, they should be able to keep scammers with this many compliments off Facebook!

Ordered a ring march 7 th,2020 i was told i would recieve a confirmation email heard nothing the i messaged them on the 18th inquiring about my order i was tood it shipped on the 10 then i was told it shipped on the 20th but yet no confirmation email then they said due to the nature of there buisness they dont provide tracking numbers i have ordered stuff straight from china and gotten a tracking number. When i asked the for a refund there response was what do you mean you want a refund uh it sounds pretty much to the point so then when i started asking questions about the email and tracking number i was told it was an error of typo 1 and 2 whatever the hell that means its pretty sad considering what’s going on all over the world right now people getting sick or dying and millions of people out of work and these [censored] got quite the scam going on hence the name clever clad i guess but to make the ring free and all you have to pay for is shipping and handling they sure have no problem taking your money super quick. They told me they would refund my money with in 5-7 buisness days we will see because i will be looking into it its funny how they get the money that day but we have to wait 5-7 days to get our money back if at all.

What a sham. Never recieved the ring I ordered for my wife and they never answer inquiries for a refund.

Ordered ring Jan 24 today March 23, never received. They are powered by shopify. Said if not received by March 18th would get refund but when told to do so all communication ceased. Prior to this I was receiving emails in response to mine as to why it was taking so long, Chin[censored]idays, holiday mail, weather etc. But once I asked for the offered refund I never heard a word. I should have known better. Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered a ring on 1/26/2020 and received confirmation of order. On 2/2/2020 received shipping notice. My purchase did finally arrive on 3/19/2020 but one of the stones is missing from the ring. I have emailed but received no response. I wish I had found this information about their poor customer service before I ordered. I laid through PayPal so I will be exploring options of recourse through them.

I placed an order in October of last year. The order has never arrived and I’ve had no response from this ‘company’. Please don’t fall for their scams like I did.

On December 22 I ordered 2 rings from them, never received them. They even sent shipping info and a bogus tracking number. I contacted them and they did confirm my order and asked to give them another week. No rings. Now I’ll tell my bank and let them investigate it and they can contact the right authority.

I purchased a ring, that was advertised on Facebook – $9.95. I received an order confirmation email, and then a week or so later, a shipping confirmation email. That was 6 weeks ago and I haven’t received anything. They don’t respond to email requests for an update on my order, or for a refund. I ordered 2 pieces of jewelry from this place that were advertised on Facebook on January 7th. I have not received anything nor have they responded to my emails.

Ordered a ring from them, just finally got it and it’s the wrong color. I order silver – I got gold. Then I discovered a stone was missing from the setting. Talk about a scam company, this one is number 1 in scams. And I’ve yet to hear back from them!

I seen this ring on Facebook from cleverclad so I liked it and clicked on it , the total was only shipping and handling I was like ok let me try this out I like this ring. It’s been over 2 weeks I haven’t received anything and I sent emails to them and no response back. So I decided to look up the reviews and I find that other people have the same problem with them, what do we do now, we just lose our money.

Never received my order. All I got was an email stating that it shipped. Cannot track the order. They say that the App called ‘Arrive’ you can track it but when I tried it stated that CleverClad did not supply them with shipping info. I feel robbed 🤬

I purchased a ring from them almost 2 months ago and they just keep saying the order is delayed. I looked into reviews for their company online and just about every review complains of the same problem. The owner of the website is hidden and the company is supposedly from somewhere in Canada. When I gave the email I used to order the ring they said they wanted me to confirm my name and address on file and it wasn’t even me. I’ve filed with pay pal for reimbursement but I don’t know if that’s going to happen honestly.

I made a purchase with them on 3-31-16. The order was never filled and when I contacted them, they had "no record" of said order and that I never ordered from them. They also proceeded to tell me that said order (which they have no record of) that the $14.95 for S&H was not paid!??

ME: I also did some checking into this company. They are a shell company with an anonymous owner doing business out of Canada.

ME: They also appear to have ties to a money laundering scheme connected to *** ***, which I have reported to the RMCP and DHS

Beware don”t order to cleverclad they are scammers the name of the owner is philip malone his skype id is philipmmalone contact number is [protected] if you have questions and concerns you can ask him directly through sykpe or give him a call. he bought his item from china. he sell fake jewelleries that will turn your skin to green. just like mine. Philip sells fake jewelries from China. on his website and advertisement it sells free but there is a hidden charged for shipping worth 8.95 for one item for example ring. The ring is only $ .60 in ali express and alibaba. That is why he is willing to replace the item because he sells the items in 14 time fold prices. Beware of this man and his company. The ring fades, necklace is damage and the bracelet is very small that can only fit a toddler.

Site was promoted on Facebook showing a promotion for a bottle opener, just pay shipping. Site seemed legitimate, was promoted on social media etc. It was obviously a popular promotion because I know someone from work who had found this promotion and also ordered an item with the same result as me, we did not show this promotion to each other, we found it independently. Item was ordered. Email confirmation was sent with an order number. 3 months later, no item. I sent a reply email to the sender requesting a replacement and the email was returned. I checked their website and had a chat with a service rep named "Praveen" who said they would ship me another item. Nothing from that either. Checking their FB page reveals that in the last couple months many people have had the same issue, ordering items that have not showed up.
