I placed my order on June 8th, the money automatically came out and it said that the pillow would ship within 6-8 days. On July 9th I contacted them via email And then on August 8th asking for an update and an ETA. No answer at all. Today I finally called my credit card to request the money back. This website is definitely a fraud, I found it in an ad on Facebook, lesson learnt! Don’t order from ads on Facebook and Instagram, or at least do your research first.

I ordered a pregnancy pillow on May 16th, the ad came up in my Facebook feed. They took the money right away but after a month I sent an email to them looking for an order status. All I could obtain was “order placed”. I heard back on June 25th that my order was delayed due to COVID shipping restrictions and increased order demands. I asked to cancel my order on 7/1 and heard back on 7/8 that I can’t cancel my order because of their cancellation policy but I should be “rest assured” my order will be delivered soon. The shipping courier is experiencing delays due to COVID and due to limited manpower. On 7/22 I asked for another update on my order citing that I would be forced to report them to the BBB if I don’t get my money back and that they have been extremely unresponsive and unreliable. I never got a response. I sent an email to a different email address, today, 8/4 again explaining that I need my money back because I’m not going to need the pillow by the time I get it and I’ll have to buy another one closer or in this country (USA). We’ll see what happens

I ordered a pregnancy pillow may 15th, it supposedly shipped June 7th, and it is July 6th and I have yet to receive anything. So I sent them an email and got an email back saying the address used was invalid. So I found a phone number and tried to call. Number is no longer available.
