I ordered my pool since early July and never received it. Finally after months of sending emails and not getting a response they finally answered me last week. They refused to give me my refund and still insisted on sending the pool even tho it’s late September -____-

I bought and paid for two 12ft pools.. my total order was $80.97.. after waiting and waiting I never received the order… I was refunded my money by my cc company then they came back to my cc company and I was recharged for the order.. I NEVER GOT.. these ppl are SCAMMERS… DONOT BUY FROM THEM.. liars and thiefs..

ordered a pool too – cancelled the order the same week; they didnt respond and I got was computer generic messages; I filed a fraud case with my bank and then paypal. Paypal dropped it since I had filed with the bank even though I explained many times – the bank can only go after their bank and not after the company; somehere in all those emails paypal said they would handle it but then I guess it seems like who is handling the emails that day the next person says they wont (NEVER PAYPAL!); then the company promised a refund – I waited two weeks and nothing – asking about it they sent me nothing but computer generic messages; now I filed with the BBB and the scamming website and write them a nice review so other people dont fall into the same trap; now they respond since I filed with paypal they wont send the refund … well I have an email saying they would… somebody will catch them! And then hopefully the scamming stops!

I just fill sick now about the pool I ordered and all these reviews and yes they are scammers. I will turn PayPal into BBB if they dont help me. I have 180 days. What was strange is it took me 2 days to figure a way to dispute the purchase. Once I clicked on it PayPal said I couldn’t dispute till I threatened not to pay any more money. So I agree with everyone they might be in cahoots with China. I paid 389.00 for only the pool liner. No pump,nomat,and no pool tarp

This was too good to be true. I too was scammed out of my money. I filed a dispute after two days and the order just not sitting well with me. PayPal made me wait for 30 days before doing anything. Well on day 30 a tracking number appeared. This gave me some hope until I noticed it was coming from China and only weighted .8 pounds. Pretty small for a 12×36 pool with a pump. Anyway, PayPal offered to refund me if I shipped the product back to China. I didn’t even look into it cuz it just sounds expensive and the window to get it back over there was ridiculous. Corlala sucks. I did research after my quick click to buy and the whole website is off. I’m so mad at myself. But we are going to fill the pool up with balls and use it as a ball pit. Hard lesson learned though. DON’T SHOP AT CORLALA or depend on PayPal to side with you

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a water slide that was supposed to come with two speed boards and a splash pool at the end. I paid $70.00 for this water slide. They sent me a COMPLETELY different slide! This one was much smaller with no splash pool and did not come with speed boards. They sell this one the website for $40.00. It was such a huge disappointment. I am currently fighting it out with PayPal. Hopefully they can resolve it.

This online company sells pools and other items relatively low priced. I ordered a pool for my children and when the tracking showed it would arrive Monday, after waiting all day for it and it never arrived mind you they deducted the money instantly.

I checked the tracking and it showed itself moving all around china. Of course then I got worried started doing some research for a contact and began to see many reviews about a scam and how people had ordered and never receibed their product. Now a single mother has to chase down $100 from pay pal hoping I can even get it back and during htese times it is beyond disgusting and so dissapointing to men that poeple can be so cruel. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible experience! SCAM! We ordered the 12ft x 3ft with a cover and pump. We received a small box with a 6ft x 20in, no pump, no cover. I lost my dispute with Paypal. I have appealed. Corlala has an Arkansas address, but is in China and the phone number is invalid. All email addresses bounce back. DO NOT order from this scam company.

We put up our pool from this place today. That is EXACTLY what happened to us. I too ordered and PAID for a 12 by 36 deep pool and got what you did,it’s a [email protected]#$%^& BABY pool! My grandson was so disappointed.and I paid way too much for what we got. Those people are straight up CROOKS.

Got lazy and didn’t do my homework on this! On July 1st, I ordered a a 12 ft x 3 ft pool with air pump and dust cover for the pool for a total of $106.97. Today, I received a 6 ft x 20 inch pool and no dust cover. Like everyone else, I found no legitimate contact information.
What I got maybe the only thing I will see from Corlala. I don’t even want to open the box for fear of what disappointment lies within.
I feel terrible for all the other folks that didn’t even get that.

Ordered a pool and cover on June 29th for $348.00. Same experience money taken right away from PayPal. Confirmed order but after reading the bad reviews which I wish I would have done sooner I continually have tried to contact them. No response. I contacted PayPal and my credit card company they are investigating. I ordered another pool from the very trusted Amazon and today it says my pool from Corlala is waiting to be shipped from Hong Kong. I believe this is a scam site . Hopefully I get my money back.

I ordered a pool from this company, $209.97, and never received it. Keep getting a new tracking # which only means that a label was created. Nothing has been shipped. Contacted Pay Pal and they are supposedly researching it. Wish I would have seen this site first. Looks like they have scammed a lot of people.

This happened to me also. I ordered a 12×36 pool and cover total price $339, I expedited the pool and haven’t heard anything from the seller. I’ve emailed them and threatened to take legal action if they do not refund me my money. I’ve escalated this to PayPal but they are asking that I give the seller some time to respond before they step in. This is what companies like them do, they scam people until they can’t and PayPal shuts them down then they get a different name and address and all of that and continue the cycle again. I’m so frustrated, if PayPal doesn’t do anything then I believe we should collectively get everyone together and take action, we need to stop them from continuing this cycle.

It hasn’t got here yet. The tracking also says it will be here tomorrow but it’s in Asia right now. I dont know how that’s going to happen. Never buy from them this is bs

I just want to let you all know that I filed a dispute with my bank to get the money back in my account. All of a sudden a few days later I received a pool from them lol. I figure because my bank was going after them to get my money back they decided to send me a pool. We bought a 12×36 pool for $168 on July 5, 2020. They took our payment through PayPal and the money came out of our bank account the next day. I got suspicious when I didn’t receive an email saying it had shipped since the money was deducted from our bank account. I also paid $19.99 for expedited shipping. I searched for a way to contact them and all I found was a scam phone number that says “welcome to Verizon wireless” when you call it and then it hangs up soon after. I also noticed that there were 3 different addresses this company seemed to have. I knew then that we had been scammed. I googled the name “Corlala” and found a ton of sites saying this “company” is a scam. We are now out of $187.99 and that’s money we can’t afford to just lose. I am so angry and PayPal should not be associated with this bogus company. When you see PayPal, you expect to be able to trust that. I am contacting my bank tomorrow morning and PayPal. I want my money back!

I looked up the company and this site was the first thing to come up for reviews. I normally check but with everything going on I decided to trust Target since I’ve purchased from company’s listed on their site before with no issue. I have since opened up a claim with Pay pal. I’m also going to call my back to see what they can do. I hope these people burn for messing up my kids summer.

The website was very detailed and descriptive and led you to believe they were in the US. Pools of all sizes were available when all the reputable companies were out of pools. You receive and instant verification of your order with a number. The charge on your credit card is immediate, after contacting the company you will receive no response. The address listed is actually a small house. My credit card company indicated the charge is coming from Hong Kong.

I ordered a pool from this website after Google listed this site. I have yet to receive anything, no emails, no shipping status… Only an order confirmation. I reported to PayPal and the FTC.

Be careful with PayPal, did it go to a company or an individuals name? They refused my case. I had to go thru my credits card to receive a refund. PayPal believed them because they produced a tracking number and usps verified something was shipped to my county. However, the item shipped was 5.2lbs. The item I ordered was supposed to be over 40lbs. PayPal never paid me any mind.

Purchased a pool June 19, 2020. Only after I purchased it did I receive notice that the seller was NoT from from Arkensas as stated on their website but instead from China. Me husband and I order a larger pool for my kids off this website and we have yet to receive anything after a month. But they already took our money $150. The only thing we received was a confirmation email. When we tried to call the number on the website, it was a bad number. And when we checked the address on google earth and it came back to a tiny little shack looking house in Arizona! In the process of disputing the charges with PayPal but due to the coronavirus, there is no one working desks right now!

Their website has this scammer “corlala” listed under their sponsored section and I trusted it would be a good company since Target recommends them. Target is looking into removing them from their website now.

I just got the same thing and delivery tomorrow but Fed Ex shows that the seller only created a label but is due for delivery tomorrow 7/13. I don’t see any info that it was picked up and is in transit. Did you receive your items?

Good to know I am not alone in this scam, however comforting that might be. Multiple emails, hours spent on the phone with various banks, PayPal, etc. and nothing positive to report. Every negative review I post disappears, but I’m spreading the word best I can at this point. In light of everything our country is going through, I’m really angry as a first responder, just looking to give my kids something of a summer after lost wages, cut hours and no hope for any type of break in this nightmare…leave it to some con artists to add salt to a gushing wound. I went online and found a 12ft x 36 easy set pool with filter for $95.99 So i used my credit card and it said it went through and paid well i been waiting 3 weeks for tracking and still cant track it cant call the number cause its not a real number and i emailed them and no responce I would like to there site shut down and make them pay us back the money we lost

Ordered a pool. Received purchase confirmation. Have tried reaching them numerous times, no response. No shipping info. No activity at all. Did a little Googling and found this website. What a scam. Disputed Charges with a PayPal And my credit card company. Hope to get my $ back!

Purchased a pool from corlala.com should have done more investigating before hand their phone number is bogus their address is bogus the email is bogus they do not respond payed through pay pal haven’t received item or tracking or shipping information and they do not respond to inquires through the email they gave reviews only have review on pool not the site hope no one else gets scammed by them

I purchased a pool from the website corlala.com. I made a payment through PayPal echeck. The first red flag was the email alert I received after making the payment. The sellers information was not the same as the information located on the website. The sellers email address on the website was [email protected] The sellers information in the PayPal app was Gangtou. I have emailed the seller asking about the pool and have not received a response back. I have attempted to contact PayPal but their call center is currently closed due to Covid-19. This is horrible that people are out there just taking our hard earned money. I went on the website today and read the most recent reviews and there are several other customers writing reviews stating they’ve never received the product or their money back.
