Crystal Shih-Tzu Home

We were shopping for a shih tzu puppy in May of this year when we came across this site. The site looks legitimate and the puppy pictures were beautiful. The pictures and ages of the puppies on the site never change. We were very close to sending them money when something just didn’t feel right. I asked for a photo of the puppy with an identifier in the photo and they weren’t able to provide it. Instead they acted insulted and started lecturing me. Once we realized it was a scam we were completely heartbroken because we had fallen in love with the pictures.
It’s absolutely 100% a scam. STAY AWAY.

I responded to a website called foreverfamilypuppies.com and have gotten emails and texts from a guy named Rodgers Mold. I am unable to find anything legit about this. Luckily I have not sent any money. He will not answer any questions that I have regarding if he is legitamate or not. My gut tells me that this is a scam.

Stay away from John Leno from Crystal Shih Tzu House! Everything looked great on the website, testimonials, etc. We agreed to payment of 1/2 now, 1/2 on receipt of the dog. Many emails and text messages were exchanged to verify this agreement. Once John told us he had the dog at the airport, another service Pet Relocator Services took over and contacted us for delivery confirmation. Once contacted, John told us he needed full payment immediately or the dog was going to be put on hold. I screenshot our conversation to reiterate the agreement made. John refused to send the dog or lift the hold until the full amount was paid. We contacted our bank and was told we most likely were scammed and not to submit the rest of the payment. John from Crystal Shih Tzu House sent us several texts trying to pull on our hearstrings trying to get the rest of the money from us for our boys. I received several text messages trying to force payment, but we now knew we were scammed. In the midst of COVID-19, when parents are saving every penny, stay away from Crystal Shih Tzu House if you want to receive a puppy and not break your kids heart.
