He woke her up from a nap yesterday around 2pm. He was calling about a back brace, she let him know she received one before and it was so bulky and uncomfortable. He told her this was a new one that was a better one that is lightweight and better. He asked so many questions. When she spoke with the last person about the other back brace they did not ask so many questions. One of the questions he asked for was her medicare number and she read him her social security number off the medicare card. After she got off the phone she realized this was probably a scam and became very nervous because of all the information she gave.
