Answered ad on *** *** classics for 1967 corvette. Woman named Diane answered after many calls and said car was available. I made an offer of $42000 and she agreed. Said she works with many banks to transfer funds. I then said I’d be flying out to see car and asked for an appointment. She started to give me a time and we got cut off. Unable to reach her and she did’nt ever call back or answer further emails.
Address she gave on 855 Wickham in Melbourne fl is British Performance. I called 321-255-4555 and talked to Robert. He said Bandish hasn’t been here for long time, he receives several calls a week and a few have come in and left mad. He gave me number of Bandish Brokers owner David Bandish 321-508-8818. He said he doesn’t know this Diane and though he does sell cars as a broker he doesn’t have corvette for sale. David seems on the up and up and gave me his address 1693 croton Melbourne.
Davd thought Diane may be leasing 855 Wickham address to British Performance. I’ve called many times to Diana and she doesn’t answer or return emails. I’m only out $500 for a plane ticket but I’m sure others aren’t so lucky
