These individuals reached out to my friends and family giVing them a docker and phone number, tEllington them i was being sued. I eventually was notified and contacted someone at the office who couldn’t give me information other than I was being sued. They asked me to verify my DOB and SSN, which I did not. Eventually they advised me this was from an "old account I had with Wachovia" and threatened legal action. When I asked for the Wachovia account number and challenged them more, they hung up on me. I called back and he still insisted I needed to pay the $1,000. I refused and side I’d look into it. He then offered a settlement of just over $400. I declined that as well. My family is still being harassed by individuals from this fake company, that operates under multiple names.
