I purchased a queen size horse quilt from them on 9/23/18 as I saw the advertisement on Facebook. Went to the website https://www.hobbilaunch.com/. Ordered my item and even paid extra for trackable shipping. Paid thru PayPal. Never received my item or any tracking information that my quilt had even been shipped. I now have a PayPal open dispute to get my money back. Today is 10/30/18. My estimated resolution date is 11/29/18.
