I received an email saying bell mobility over charged my account, so I logined in, like you would if you were accepting an email transfer and 40 minutes later *** bank called me asking if I did an email transfer for 1600, so they looked in to it, never got a call back I called them today and now there saying I can’t get my money back Because it’s my fault. Bell mobility actually did over charge my account. I called them the next day, so I only login to my banking because they actually did over charge my acount, which that’s what I thought or I would have just deleted the messages. I still have the text message I received. this happens Monday 3rd of April. I never did anything about it tell now because I thought *** bank was going to deal with it.
