The product received was counterfeit, the wrong colors ordered, and damaged. A refund was asked for and the business told me to have patience. I asked if they needed the items returned they said no. It has been almost a month and a half and I have had no response from the seller. He us selling fake hydro flasks. I saw the ad on instagram and it redirects you to the website. Everything on the website makes you think you are buying a real hydro flask until you receive it.
