Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Looked on job borad On Facebook for a job I then saw an ad for a position which paid $22 an hour inspecting bottles I emailed the address and got a message back from a Baller Brandon stating that he didn’t have the mailroom position open but he did have a personal assistant job. I didn’t even apply for a mailroom position. That I was to pay his employees and all this other stuff run errands you know the normal personal assistant things. That he was going to send me a check well I ended up giving them information before I really thought about it but it got my name and address and all that stuff and they sent me a check and it’s a money-laundering scam he wants me to cash it and then pay people.
