I contacted this company to purchase a beagle puppy.on 10/08/18. I paid $550.00 for the puppy and $980.00 for a special crate that is temperature controlled and that this amount would be refundable upon delivery of the puppy. This business told me after I paid the above amounts that I would have to pay for a certification to import the dog to Pennsylvania that would cost me 750.00. Pennsylvania has no such law for the interstate transportation of puppies from Texas or any other State. All that is required is that the puppy has been certified by a vet to have all the required vaccinations. I have not received the puppy
I notified the owner Desmond Tase that I wanted to cancel my order. He has refused to refund my money.
I found out later that everything about his website, delivery company, the puppy are all part of his scam.
I also learned that he has changed his website two more times.
