I received an award notification from Bonoloto 2019 informing me that I am the winner for a lump sum pay out of $4,500,000. I am to contact my claim agent Dr. Austin Blanco, the Foreign Service Manager/Remittance officer of Safeway Security [email protected] I am to go to Madrid Spain for processing and signing of my winning documents. Or I may pay for a home delivery. If I don’t claim my winnings by 9.26.19 the fund will be returned to the Ministry of Economy as unclaimed funds. Signed, Raul Martinez, President. I was in Madrid many years ago. I do not need to go again. They did say they would pay in cash. I shall pass this one up.
