Description

I was hired for an acting role in a commercial with money for clothes added

in. The contact information I have for this fraud is Company: Benmore

Productions, Individual: Alexander ‘Alex’ Lopez, Contact: 3233799590

[email protected] The commercial was going to be for

MobileAPPtelligence. I have text & email correspondence of everything w/

Alex including a signed contract stating the payment schedule & what’s

expected etc along with deposit slips of all transactions made & envelope the

check was mailed in showing fraudulent address, now that I look at it.

Payment schedule of what occurred below. Contract Stated: $*** total 1st

check $*** * *** upfront payment – $*** for wardrobe Check day

of shoot $5525 to reimburse clothes & final payment to make $*** total

Actual what happened:

$*** – 1st check 8/23/17 I deposited in my acct – check initially cleared

in my bofa acct but now I know that was the bank fronting the funds & the

security check hadn’t happened yet

-$4475 – Was told to send to stylist for wardrobe & I know longer needed to

do my own shopping 8/24/17 withdrawal from my acct and cash deposit to

citibank acct: Thomas Irigoyen Routing: 321171184 Acct:42021409877

(supposed stylist)

$*** – balance after paying stylist leaving me w/ this in my acct on

8/24/17

-$400 – for 2nd payment to stylist for mail & shipping 8/25/17 sent to Thomas

– check will be sent for reimbursement 8/26/17

$*** – balance in my acct from initial $*** check after payments for

stylist 8/25/17

-$*** – debited from my BofA acct 8/28/17 because the insufficient funds

in original check’s acct – Bank of America is holding me responsible for

$*** of the fraudulent check because I did cash deposits not check

deposits in the other acct & they can’t bring the funds back

8/28/17 I received a 2nd check of $*** that’s supposed to be

reimbursement of $*** and $*** for a new stylist payment for next ‘job’ I

have this check & have not done anything with it.
