Type of a scam Phishing
This phone is shows on caller ID records as Blue Eagle Towing but we received a call claiming they were our credit card company (which one was not disclosed) and that this was a courtesy call. It then used urgency language such as "this is your final notice" and "if you do not respond by" that they "could not lower [our] interest rate." This is so obviously a scam it should take very little to avoid it, however we feel it should be reported.
