Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered Lash Serum off of a pop-up website on Pinterest. I received an email on my confirmation of the order and when it was shipped. 6-7-18 date of purchase 6-8-18 date of shipping. Received the product 6-11-18. I called and spoke with “representative” named Logan and asked for a refund he said they don’t do refunds; he then said he would give me $50 off of the product to which I declined. I advised the “representative” that I am disputing the matter with my bank and he said the bank won’t do anything. And said that I will be returning the product and he told me that it’s useless. I wasn’t told that I had to review the product by a certain time. I was only charged $7.95 for shipping and handling. Then to only discover that I was charged $149.95. This is a scam and apparently it’s the 4th time that this has been reported. I really hope that this doesn’t keep happening to people. This company is not real. And it needs to be taken care of
