This is an "Auto-Billing" Subscription Box company that makes it near impossible to cancel subscriptions. No matter how many times you email or call, they’ll keep billing you. Not only that, but they do not ship out products to all of their customers. Some customers get products, others get nothing for months on end while still being billed. Any attempt to call goes straight to voice mail, and all voice mails are unanswered (I left many). E-mails are not responded to. Check their social media tags #BuddaBox – tons of complaints that aren’t resolved.

Buddabox sent an email to me with an advertisement for a free Kandy Pens vaporizer with purchase of a monthly subscription box.

I purchased the box and waited three weeks for delivery of the box. There was no vaporizer included in the delivery and I inquired with the company if there was a mistake or if it was a separate shipment.

A rep named "Amy" assured me the vaporizer would be sent within the week, and to check back if I hadn’t received it in a few more days. After two months of me constantly contacting them via email and social media, and getting the run around about it being shipped soon, or should have been shipped already, someone named "Michael" asked for my phone number and account info which I gave. There has been no further communication from them.
