Received a check as a settlement payment based on a claim form we did not file, which indicated that this $56.04 was our share of the New Common Fund as an entity listed on the Defendants’ Class List. The check stub said this payment was calculated in accordance with the Court-approved Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release.
In bold it said, "Please cash this check promptly at your bank.
It also provided a website and phone number.
