I had an account with Ryan’s Crossing that I owed. The account went to collections which was assigned to a company named National Credit Systems which my account was handed over to Brett Borland Law Firm. I was notified my account was in the office of Brett M. Borland. I was forced into emailing them authorization to not dispute the charges which they said they won’t gonna give me a letter for my transaction. I have been asking them for the past week for documentation of the transaction and the agreement stating that I was only entitled to pay the settlement which I paid.
