Type of a scam Employment
This person emailed me looking for a personal assistant. I have my resume up at Care.com, which is where I assume that they found my information. The job description included mailing and collecting packages, processing payments, and other errands for this frequently traveling "artist" using the name Brittany Stewart. They hired me right away with no more information than my name and indicated interest and promised to send me advance payment as well as "detailed instructions" on my first assignment. This sounded suspicious, so I went online and found many other similar stories. I have not yet received the payment or instructions but do not intend on following through.
