Bayside collection llc has called my mother, my husbands job, and myself. They leave a message saying they have a package being delivered to my work, home, husbands work, and my mothers address. Said we would have to pay them $4014.00 because a company said we have to pay double with a delivery fee from said package that is being delivered. I asked them not to contact us again, the gentleman on the line was not much of a gentleman he threatened me saying he would tell my husband about this situation and play back the conversation to him in which he didn’t not tell me he was recording my call! Illegal!
He was calling to speak with my husband, and then tried to manipulate me into thinking it was a secret account of my husbands and then tried telling me it is for collections from a bank that does not exist! Very harassing, hateful, and unprofessional!
