Ordered a hat for a friend for the holidays. He never received the hat and I never was emailed a receipt for the purchase. My account was charged for the price of the hat and was listed on my bank account as "PAYPAL *BUYHATHATS 402-935-7733". I attempted to contact them through the service email account through which they send information for setting up an "account" on their site with no response.
