I ordered a bow tie (what they specialize in) for a Christmas present back in the end of November, 2016. They told me I would receive a shipping notification when they shipped the order, but I never did receive it. The money I owed them for the purchase was deducted from my bank account. I have tried relentlessly to contact them, but they never respond.
