Type of a scam Online Purchase

I went online June 13th and purchased a gold chain from the Bad Boy Gold website. Received confirmation of order and money was deducted from my account on June 14th. After 3-4 days I had not received any shipping information. I emailed them a few times and got a response that it was "processing". A couple days later, I email again and received an apology and statement that it has been processed and I will receive tracking information shortly. That has been 5 days ago. I have sent daily emails asking an update to my order. I have not received a response in 5 days. I have requested a phone number in order to speak to someone; an address; the CEO name; organizational information. I have yet to receive any shipping information; any response to my emails this week or information I have requested. At this point I would like my money returned.
