Contacted me by phone explaining that I had won $250,000 and a new car. Said if I would give him $250 he would deliver it to my home and then kept calling saying he was getting a stamp approval on car and needed $200 more. I would not do it. The name he used also Robert ineich. He said he was the merchants banker in Syracuse new York. He is a thief and cheat. So I’m reporting him. All he did was take my money what little I gave him.
