If you order something from Banggood they will charge your credit card immediately. They will show the item to be in stock and then cancel your order saying that the item was not in stock. Or they will not ship the item and tell you that you need to wait 48 hours and they will send the item. They will then divide your order up into multiple orders and sometimes make up things that you did not order, then when the orders are canceled they will give you half of what they charged and refuse to refund the full amount. They will claim that they gave you a refund when they have kept half of what they took from your credit card. They will change order numbers and the order details so that is difficult to reproduce what you paid for and when. They will try to drag out the timeline by repeatedly saying that you need to wait 24-48 hours. They will also claim that they can not resolve the situation if you file a complaint or contest the charges. After a long enough time there is nothing that you can do to recoup the loss.

I ordered a BP digital watch that took more than 2 months to arrive and it finally did, it was not was what was represented. It arrived in a damaged package and was defective, it didn’t work at all and had missing pieces. I contacted customer service multiple times about this issue over the phone and I also sent emails describing the issue as well. According to their policy, I had met their 7 days DOA product guarantee, but they refused to send me the prepaid return label to ship it back to you. I had no choice but to dispute this charge with Paypal for chargeback but too were of no help because of the lack of customer service related to COVID pandemic and they ended up rubber-stamping whatever Banggood said as the truth without getting the evidence of this scam from me. They knowingly sold me worthless goods that took more than the agreed time to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was nothing but useless junk.

Type of a scam COVID-19
This company offers products online (in this case Personal Protection Equipment for COVID), promising that they are "in stock" and "ready to ship." Once you pay them, you receive a message that "some items have been delayed" and will take time to ship. Several weeks later, you receive more messages that the items are "indefinitely delayed." When you ask them for a refund, they only offer credit for other cheap merchandise on their site. They refuse to refund money. Banggood is NOT regulated by US rules, and they will take your money quickly and easily. They should NOT be used.

Website is misleading and makes it seem as if products are coming from within country when they are really coming from overseas. At no point when talking to agents did they acknowledge that the shipping delay was because items were on a boat, but instead tried to claim that the tracking info was just being slow to update. and that my items would arrive shortly. Only to then, get email after email about being out of stock and needed another 2 weeks for items, that were already "in the mail", to be sent. These same items are showing as in stock and deliverable in a couple of days. Agents then refused to cancel the out of stock orders, insisting that they were on the way. Had to argue for a while to get that much done. In the ended I cancelled the 2, on the way but out of stock orders and put in a dispute with paypal for the other. Paypal dispute is set to finish BEFORE the items arrive, if the banggood website can be trusted.

I bought a mini copper sax for $71 and got nothing. Tried several times to contact them via 3 texts and nothing happened. Now the contact info is unavailable. So, if that’s not a scam what is it? It’s downright theft!!!

Ordered what seemed to be genuine Samsung 30Q 18650 batteries/cells. After careful examination and testing, I found evidence that in fact these cells were all fakes. Submitted a complaint just to be met with generic responses and no refund in sight. Hopefully someone else will see this and will defer them from buying from this site.

This company offers protection for shipments in the form of shipping insurance. They are supposed to pay the shipping service for their insurance with the money that you give them so that you are making it to where only you or a member of your household can sign for the package. They are not getting the insurance at all they are keeping it and then when there’s an issue they are not honoring the insurance. I had this happen to me the item was given to some one other than anybody that lives in my house and wasn’t signed for and I made an insurance claim for it and they refused it and said it was delivered even though I have documentation from them saying they know it wasn’t delivered to me. I also have documentation from the post office saying that they never put insurance on the product at all. So they are doing this with every order which means they’re committing insurance fraud on a massive scale.

I ordered a $50 smart watch and they sent me an empty watch box. I reported it to the company and they told me I needed proof from they post office that I received and empty watch box. I reported it to USPS, but since it was confidently uninsured, there is nothing they can do.
