I ordered a bathing suit from this website on May 1st. After a month of no tracking number I tried to read out to customer services. Customer services doesn’t exist, there’s no number to call. So I messaged on Instagram. They told me they prefer other means of communication. At this point, I told them I’m reporting them for fraud since there’s literally no other way to contact the company. When I email them, I receive an automatic reply that they will get back to me (one that I’ve received multiple times at this point).
