Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
This company advertises on Face Book, and has a fake website advertising lots of high end horse gear. I had ordered a brand name product througn FB. When I didn’t receive my order in time, I looked up their website online. I used their customer service email, and got a very odd reply in broken english, saying that due to COVID-19 all their orders are delayed. That’s when I got suspisious, and looked more in depth at their website. The site does not have any correct contact information. You can not open any informational tabs, only submit orders and credit card information. After many weeks, I finally got a package, consisting of a product that I did not order. The only thing it has in common with the product I actually ordered is that it’s something you wear on your feet. But these are non horse related, no-name, low quality, and had nothing in common with the iteam that I had ordered. The company can not be reached.
