We have received many calls from this “firm” using different SC area codes and phone numbers to offer “help with benefits.” We have repeatedly asked to be taken off their list. When I answered the phone just now, I heard “Hi this is Spencer on a recorded line. Can you hear me?” and then click!—the caller ended the call. I guess this is the caller’s way of getting credit for the contact, knowing we don’t wish to hear from them. We now receive similar calls twice each week. Today I called the number back several times, only to hear “All agents are busy; please email [email protected] with questions.” There was also an option to be added to their “internal do not call registry” so I added our phone number.
