Bubutiya is a scam, Working with PayPal to try to get my money back, won’t hold my breath.

Realize la compra de una muñeca el 01/abril/2020 y se realizo en pago completo de este producto, mas el costos de envio hasta Peru/ Cusco el total del pago fue $ 98.00 dolares , ahora nadie responde mis mails, no me llego el producto y la pagina web donde estaba toda la informacion de los productos esta cancelada, nadie me da informacion.

Bubutiya or Bubutiyalove has ads all over Facebook. I was going to purchase two dolls, from another seller and this one mimicked the seller I was interested in purchasing from. I went into the "secure" site thinking I was ordering from one and it was Bubutiya. I reported it to Facebook who promoted these ads, and myshopify (who is the base for Bubutiya) and both claim it is not their problem. I never received the products or any reply to my inquiries. My Shopify did contact me to explain they are not responsible for sellers who pay to use their platform.
