I placed an order for two large puzzles on April 29, 2020. On May 5, I received an email saying my package was on its way. For several weeks, I did not receive or hear anything further. Moreover, I could not track my order with the number with which I was provided; all it told me at the time, and continues to tell me is that a label has been created and that "The delivery date may be updated when FedEx receives the package." In other words, as far as I know, FedEx still has not received a package more than a month after I placed the order. I sent emails telling the company all of this on May 23 and again on May 25. I have never received a response. Finally, I placed a call to the customer number provided on Thursday, June 4 and Monday, June 8. Both times I only heard a busy signal. To my knowledge, it is not a legitimate phone number.
