I initially attempted to purchase a discounted espresso machine from this "company". It is, in fact, fraudulent. Their scam is that they frequently change their website name, URL, physical address, phone number. All are dead ends and there is no way to contact the company. They process your payment through PAYPAL, then issue UPS tracking numbers for packages that they send to a wrong address and wrong name- the packages are likely empty and most weigh 2 lbs. Because it appears to PAYPAL that they are sending you the product you paid for, PAYPAL will not issue you a refund. The PAYPAL "Company" is listed as Electronics Data Processing and the email associated with it is [email protected] I have been unable to contact this person or "company" and have opened an active investigation with the FTC along with BBB.
