Ordered a dress for a wedding from a different website, I was rerouted to Ailsa Bridal’s website. Dress arrived 4 sizes too small. When tried to contact the toll-free number provided no one picked up. Contacted someone via email who gave me the run around, basically asked me to take a whole bunch of pictures of myself. Never offered to have the dress returned or exchanged, never offered to refund my money. When I asked to speak to a live person, they completely refused.
