My daughter bought for fathers day a French bull dog from the above seller. the website look legit and the logistics sounded correct. She been young (and high functioning autistic) trusted this person and pay 700 dollars for puppy including airfare. The only hint was that he put pressure on her telling her that there where other people interested and getting upset if corrected if they misidentified the desired puppy.
