Berrylook appears to be a legitimate site for women’s clothing. Their website states you may cancel your order within 24 hours, which I did and received a confirmation email. However they still charged my credit card for nearly $200, and my emails to them over the past month have been unanswered. I wish I’d read the reviews before placing the order, because this company is a complete scam, and based in China, not in Ontario as their website indicate. I cannot see my money being returned, based on other complainants experiences. How are companies like this allowed to pop up on computers and continue operating?
