Type of a scam Phishing
They called and left a voicemail. A recording stating “an urgent legal matter associated with your name and Social Security number has been placed with our office we need to receive a statement from you or your attorney today“. My name was never mentioned in the recording. I did an online search for the number they called from and didn’t see any law offices affiliated with that number. I believe this might be a phone scam.
