Brian Watson called the Unadvertised, personsal cellphone number of a roofing contractor. He asked the roofer if he did full roof replacements and accepted credit cards. Mr. Watson requested an estimate for *** *** *** *** ** ***, a property that is for sale. He even quoted the sq. footage of the property. Brian Watson asked the roofer for his Visa merchant information.
