Did not pick up the phone because i did not recognize the #, however; the message on the recording asks: "Calling from a recorded line, can you hear me? Are you still there?"
Voice is of a male caucasian that sounds a bit off. Almost like a bad actor trying to audition for the part of a telemarketer. The # that popped up on the caller id appears to be a local, but we get spoofed calls all the time.
i personally was not affected or scammed, but if i can prevent anyone else from falling victim, then i’m happy.
