These people preyed upon my mother who has Dementia to sign up for a medical discount card in which they identified as "Medicare Supplement Plan" and charge her 29.97 each month around the 16th or 17th of the month. I went on their website and they say you can cancel at any time. I called 10 times, not exaggerating, they transferred my call and purposely disconnected me each time I was transferred. Today on 3/10/20 they suspiciously ach withdrew $29.97 from my mom’s account out of the normal withdrawal timeframe. I have reported and disputed with my mom’s bank and they are investigating it.
